Baader 429 is capable of performing both heading and gutting operations on whitefish, redfish, and similar fish. It can accommodate fish with a maximum back width of up to 150 mm. The head cut can be executed in either a straight or oblique manner, depending on the fish’s arrangement.<\/p>\n
Upon heading, the fish is guided through the machine, and a multi-flap cover situated in front of a vacuum suction socket opens in accordance with the fish’s size. This allows the vacuum suction device to effectively extract the guts from the abdominal cavity. Incorporation of a rotating impeller in the suction head ensures an efficient gutting process. The special multi-flap cover enables the machine to process fish of various sizes while maintaining a constant maximum vacuum. The cleanliness of the abdominal cavity is dependent on the freshness and consistency of its contents, particularly when it comes to roe and milt.<\/p>\n
Baader 429 is equipped with a collection bin positioned under vacuum by a separate vacuum pump. The bin’s outlet socket can be positioned on either the left-hand or right-hand side, depending on the specific conditions at the location.<\/p>\n
Working range: Suitable for whitefish, redfish, and similar fish measuring 30 cm to 110 cm in total length (with a maximum thickness of 150 mm).<\/p>\n
