This is the high-speed trimming machine for salmon and trout.
Make it possible to reduce manual work and increase quality and speed of cutting belly side, back side and surface of fillets.
Due to advanced technology this unit calculates size and volume of every fish fillet before trimming.
Average capacity: up to 50 fillets per minute.
The optimal size of fish fillets for maximum product throughput and quality (LxW): up to 750 x 250 mm.
Data of cutting stored in PC of Baader 988 and parameters of trimming could be archived.
